1. What is the trading process?
Business negotiate → Proforma Invoice / Contract → Deposit → Good preparation of Products design → Goods inspection → Balance payment → Delivered by forwarder → Surrendered → Shipped to your door
2. Can we print our logo and change the colors of some parts of the products?
Yes! You can print your logo and most of the parts of products you can change the color, just need to provide Pantone Number.
3. Can we get your samples?
Yes! Samples can be arranged for those available products. The freight is defrayed by the purchasers.
4. What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ is 1000pcs.
5. What is the normal lead time?
Delivery is 30 days upon confirmation of purchasing order and advdance payment,whichever is late
6. What is your payment term?
A. T/T, L/C,Paypal ect
B. For bulk production:
Payment terms shall be 30% By TT in advance. Balance of 70% to be paid before shipment.
7. What is your shipping way?
We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements. By sea, by air or by express, etc.
8. How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before bulk production, and after sample approved,we will begin bulk production. Doing 100% inspection during production and random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
9. If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
When discharging the container, you need to inspect all the goods. If any breakage or defect products were found, you MUST take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, discharging of the containers not included. Finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
